Troy says he has spent more than a decade raising concerns about the management of Tropical Soda Apple along Verges Creek Road. He argues that inadequate roadside weed control allows the weed to spread onto neighbouring private properties during flood events and says he intends to continue pursuing the matter through legal channels.
